Hi there! I’m Amy Rind.

I’m a board-certified nutrition counselor and restorative health practitioner specializing in menopause, digestive health, healthy aging, and women's nutrition after 50.

I help women understand the physiological changes of menopause and create new, evidence-informed strategies that support an extraordinary second half of life.

I believe menopause is more than a collection of symptomsβ€”it's a pivotal transition and an opportunity to intentionally shape the decades ahead. My role is to help women navigate that transition with knowledge, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Your body is changing. Let’s make sense of it together.

My Approach

I don't believe my role is to tell women what to eat. My role is to help them understand their changing bodies, replace outdated health strategies with new ones grounded in evidence, and make confident decisions that fit their lives. My goal is not simply better lab values or fewer symptomsβ€”it's helping women protect the life they still want to live.

What Success Looks Like

Women come away from their work with me with improved health, but also with something deeper: they understand their bodies, stop blaming themselves, ask better questions, and feel hopeful about the future. They leave with a plan they can sustain and the confidence to care for themselves through the second half of life.

Truly empowered aging grows when you nourish yourself inside and out.

Whether you’re navigating hormone imbalances, menopausal changes, digestive challenges, blood sugar struggles, or more complex chronic and autoimmune conditions, true healing begins with nourishing yourself β€” rooted in the wisdom of your gut and the rhythms of nature.

Gut health β€” and dysfunction β€” ripples through every part of your body: your hormones, skin, metabolism, joints, energy, brain, immunity, and even your resilience to autoimmune disease. It shapes not just your health, but your whole outlook on life. At the heart of this is your gut lining, rich with friendly bacteria that help digest food and create nutrients β€” your body’s own goddess fuel. This living ecosystem, the gut microbiome, is a vital frontier of women’s health. And we are still discovering the many ways a woman’s microbiomes β€” there are several β€” influence her ability to thrive.

Yet gut issues affect more than 100 million women, and women are twice as likely as men to experience digestive dysfunction. But how often do you openly discuss digestion, constipation, or acid reflux β€” with friends, or even your doctor? Many digestive struggles stem from a culture that prizes stress, busyness, and self-neglect over conscious living, compounded by dieting, antibiotics, overmedicating, inflammatory foods, environmental toxins, and convenience culture.

Millions of women carry these gut burdens quietly β€” and often unnecessarily. But with nourishment rooted in whole foods, self-kindness, food literacy, and mindful living, the story can change. My passion is guiding women to rewild their relationship with food, their bodies, and their health β€” so they can reclaim vitality, resilience, and a deeper connection to their own nature.

Together, let’s take back your microbiome… and unlock your natural ability to thrive and heal.

β€œI believe many women have been made to feel shame about their bodies after forty and are fearful and confused about what diet and lifestyle changes are right for them. The truth is what used to work for us often needs to be replaced with more nurturing self-care practices and a renewed focus on gut health. And with that we empower ourselves to live more creatively and vibrantly.”

Eating to support your hormonal balance, reduce inflammation, foster gut health and enhance metabolism doesn’t have to be fancy nor flavorless. And it doesn’t require you to have knife skills like a contestant on Chopped! I love to share recipes that are mega-flavorful and contain superfoods that really pack a nutrient-dense punch but don’t require much time or complicated ingredients.
