Hydrating Mango Mint Smoothie

Keeping hydrated is job number one during summer. A refreshing smoothie can also be a key strategy to add important nutrients to navigate summer travel and busy days. This smoothie features bone-boosting calcium, lots of fiber along with skin soothing vitamins like E + C.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 cup mango, fresh or frozen

  • 1 small cucumber or 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 6 oz. plain kefir

  • 1/3 avocado

  • Scoop of marine collagen peptides (I like Code Age brand)

  • Handful of fresh mint

  • Ice and water to taste

Instructions

Blend and enjoy! You can also make ice pops out of this mixture!
