Hydrating Mango Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1 small cucumber or 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
6 oz. plain kefir
1/3 avocado
Scoop of marine collagen peptides (I like Code Age brand)
Handful of fresh mint
Ice and water to taste
