Like so many women, I was living the “new normal” — a full-time, commuting marketing executive with two small children — frenzied, stressed, and exhausted. I would grab whatever I could find at work, eat from vending machines or my kids’ plates, call a three-block walk from the train “exercise,” and rarely get more than six hours of sleep. My wellbeing had become a distant afterthought.

Then anxiety and depression crept in, eventually erupting into major panic attacks so frequent and intense that I began avoiding work and social events “just in case.” My hair clogged the shower drain, teenage acne and PMS returned, and digestive issues forced me to dodge even more gatherings — I worried, what if I urgently needed a bathroom? It went on far too long. One episode landed me in the ER, dehydrated and drained, with no clear diagnosis. That night I vowed to reclaim my life on my own terms. I had to find a better way.

My first major “ah-ha” moment came when I realized my gut dysfunction and stress were deeply intertwined — one system out of harmony. When the brain is off balance, digestion falters, and when digestion suffers, the mind follows. Healing meant addressing both. Another breakthrough came when I discovered how food sensitivities and leaky gut were stealing my ability to absorb nutrients — and throwing my hormones completely out of rhythm. It wasn’t just about eating better or sleeping more, though those became essential starting points. I needed to rebuild my health from the ground up, prioritizing myself and setting firm boundaries.

I began to fall in love with foods that truly nourished me, breaking up with my bad boyfriends — jumbo coffee cups and endless wine — and leaning into practices that grounded me: yoga, breathing, meditation, and saying “no” to what no longer served me. I rewilded my life in small but powerful ways — reconnecting to nature, honoring my body’s rhythms, and trusting my own wisdom. On this journey, a whole new world of health and conscious living unfolded for me… and for my family, my friends, and everything I held dear.

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.

Today… I am proudly menopausal and committed to aging with more power than grace. Along the way, I’ve seen first-hand the lack of real education, natural resources, and guidance available to women in midlife. Menopause is, in truth, an extraordinary season — a time to rewild ourselves, unleash creativity, and re-prioritize self-care so we can feel even better than in our birthing years. I have never felt more energized, balanced, and confident than I do in my fifties.

But midlife can also bring health crossroads — insulin resistance, accelerated brain aging, heart health challenges, gut disruption, and estrogen-related conditions like insomnia and intense anxiety. That’s why I’m deeply committed to walking alongside women to embrace longevity — cultivating the mindset, nourishing strategies, and lifestyle that let us not just survive, but truly thrive well beyond midlife.

My mission is to empower women of all ages to navigate the digestive and hormone challenges that often come from living in a fast-paced world, within an unequal and misaligned healthcare system, and from neglecting self-care. I’ve helped women recover from food sensitivities, avoid unnecessary medication, overcome joint pain, travel the world freely, rebuild bone density, restore deep sleep, and leave frustrating bathroom struggles behind.

With small, sustainable changes made over time, we can all cultivate greater gratitude and self-love — giving us the energy to support those we love while chasing our own dreams. It’s a tall order, and the road won’t always be smooth, but it’s deeply nourishing, eye-opening, and profoundly personal. And the journey is worth every step.

I’m here to guide you to rewild your relationship with your body, mind, and soul — and to help you reclaim the life you deserve.

Let’s go be amazing… and perfectly imperfect.
