Meet Amy

For much of my early career, I looked like I was doing everything right.

I was a marketing executive, commuting into New York City while raising two young children. Like so many women, I spent years putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own. Meals were an afterthought. Sleep was negotiable. Stress became normal.

Until it wasn't.

Anxiety slowly became panic attacks. My digestion became unpredictable. My energy disappeared. I found myself sitting in an emergency room with no clear answers, wondering how someone who appeared healthy could feel so unwell.

That experience changed the course of my life not because I found a miracle solution, but because I became deeply curious.

I wanted to understand why my body was responding the way it was. That curiosity led me to study nutrition, digestive health, stress physiology, and the remarkable ways the body's systems influence one another. I discovered that healing wasn't about chasing isolated symptoms—it was about understanding the relationships between them.

Years later, another chapter unfolded. As I entered menopause during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself navigating a new set of questions. Anxiety returned in unfamiliar ways. My body was changing again. An osteoporosis diagnosis challenged many of the assumptions I held about healthy aging and reminded me that menopause is far more than the end of reproductive years—it's one of the most significant physiological transitions in a woman's life.

That experience reshaped my work once again.

If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.

Today, I'm a board-certified nutrition counselor and restorative health practitioner specializing in menopause, digestive health, and healthy aging for women over 50.

I believe women deserve better conversations about menopause.

Not conversations rooted in fear or decline… or endless wellness trends. And definitely not another list of things they're doing wrong.

I believe women deserve to understand what's changing in their bodies, why it matters, and how nutrition and lifestyle can help them build strength, protect muscle and bone, support the gut microbiome, reduce chronic inflammation, and create the foundation for a long, active, and meaningful life.

My approach is evidence-informed, systems-based, and deeply personal. I see the body as an interconnected ecosystem where digestion, metabolism, hormones, muscle, bone, sleep, stress, and the gut microbiome continually influence one another. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I help women understand the patterns that connect them and create practical, sustainable strategies that fit their lives.

More than anything, I hope the women I work with leave with something deeper than a nutrition plan. I hope they leave understanding their bodies.

I hope they stop blaming themselves for changes they never learned to expect.

I hope they ask better questions, feel more confident in their decisions, and begin to see menopause not simply as something to manage, but as an opportunity to intentionally shape the decades ahead.

Because I don't believe the goal is to get your old body back.

I believe the goal is to understand the remarkable body you have today—and give it what it needs to carry you into the life that's still waiting for you.
