RESTORE
Private Nutrition Counseling for Menopause, Digestive Health & Healthy Aging
Feel better today. Build a healthier future.
If you're struggling with digestive issues, menopause symptoms, weight changes, low energy, or concerns about healthy aging, RESTORE is my signature one-on-one nutrition counseling program designed to help you understand what's changing and create a personalized plan that works for your life. RESTORE is a personalized, systems-based nutrition partnership designed to help you understand your changing body, improve your health, and build a strong foundation for the decades ahead.
Is RESTORE right for you?
You may benefit if you:
Have entered perimenopause or menopause
Struggle with bloating, constipation, food intolerances, IBS, or SIBO
Have gained weight and don't know why
Want to preserve bone and muscle
Are concerned about cholesterol, blood sugar, or inflammation
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice
Want to age proactively and stay active for decades to come
“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.”
What Makes My Approach Different?
Systems-Based
I look beyond individual symptoms to understand how digestion, metabolism, hormones, muscle, bone, sleep, and lifestyle work together.
Evidence-Informed
My recommendations are grounded in current nutrition science and tailored to your unique physiology and goals. Your lab results can be an important part of the assessment, but they're only one piece of the puzzle.
Personalized
No two women experience menopause the same way. Your plan should reflect your health history, preferences, and lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all “protocol”.

“Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end.”
Investment
Real, lasting change doesn't happen in one appointment. Menopause, digestive health, and healthy aging require time to understand your unique physiology, implement meaningful changes, and adjust your plan as your body responds. That's why RESTORE is designed as a partnership rather than a single consultation.
Our sessions are conversations, not lectures. Together we'll explore your health history, current concerns, eating patterns, lifestyle, lab work (when appropriate), and goals. I'll help you understand what's changing in your body and develop practical strategies that fit your life—not someone else's.

No. As a board-certified nutrition counselor I do not participate with insurance plans, and payment is due at the time of service.
This allows me to provide personalized, comprehensive nutrition counseling and education.
If you have questions about payment or would like to discuss whether RESTORE is the right fit for you, I'm happy to answer them during your complimentary consultation.

Not at all. While I specialize in menopause and healthy aging, I work with women throughout perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond. Many women also come to me for digestive concerns, sustainable weight management, bone health, blood sugar imbalances, elevated cholesterol, or simply because they want to build a stronger foundation for long-term health.
-
Both! I see clients in my home office and lakeside culinary nutrition space in Mendham, NJ and I work virtually, allowing us to work together wherever you live. Virtual appointments provide the same personalized experience while offering the flexibility to meet from the comfort of your home.
-
Not necessarily. My goal is to help you build a nourishing, enjoyable way of eating—not create unnecessary restrictions. If temporary dietary modifications are appropriate, I'll explain why, help you navigate them confidently, and work toward the most varied, sustainable diet possible.
-
Sometimes. Supplements can be valuable when they're appropriate for your individual needs, but they are never a substitute for a strong nutritional foundation. If I recommend supplements, they'll be based on your health history, current concerns, dietary intake, and available evidence.
-
Absolutely. I believe the best care is collaborative. When appropriate and with your permission, I'm happy to work alongside your physician and other members of your healthcare team to support your overall health.
-
Yes. These are common reasons women seek my care. Together, we'll look beyond the diagnosis to better understand the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan that supports your overall health.
-
Many women transition to quarterly or seasonal check-ins to continue refining their nutrition, adapting to life's changes, and supporting healthy aging over time.

“Amy was so great to work with and got me more results than the many doctors I had been seeing to try to fix my stomach problems. She makes things easy to understand and made me feel genuinely cared about and supported. I felt like my program was tailored to me and my needs and not just a blanket magic solution. I highly recommend working with Amy.

— TS - New Jersey
The program helped me renew my focus on health and food as medicine, rather than food as comfort. I tried out new foods and felt energized adding in nutrients I didn’t even know I was missing. The idea of fasting, especially not snacking at night, has been great! The program emphasizes all the right aspects of midlife health and self-love and the information Amy shares is detailed, important and realistic. THANK YOU AMY!!
