Our sessions are conversations, not lectures. Together we'll explore your health history, current concerns, eating patterns, lifestyle, lab work (when appropriate), and goals. I'll help you understand what's changing in your body and develop practical strategies that fit your life—not someone else's.

  • Five 45-minute follow-up sessions

  • Resources (handouts, recipes, links to articles/videos)

  • Weekly check-ins and secure messaging between sessions

  • Coordination with healthcare providers when appropriate

Pay upfront - or three monthly payments ($415)

  • Includes review of outside lab work and functional testing interpretation (GI-MAP, DUTCH, etc.) if a client already has results
