75-Minute Jumpstart Session

Not sure where to even start trying to address your worsening or new-to-you health symptoms? Or maybe you've been trying a lot of things... and you are frustrated by your lack of results? This session is for you!

In this session, we’ll put together a personalized plan to help you take meaningful steps toward a health goal or concern that’s important to you. We’ll start by talking through your health journey so far—what’s been working, what hasn’t, and where you’d like to go from here.

We’ll look at your current habits, health history, and what your ideal day-to-day life would feel like. Most importantly, we’ll explore what’s motivating you to make changes, so your plan truly fits your lifestyle and goals.

After our session, you’ll get your own Get Started Plan, which includes:

  • 2–3 simple but powerful nutrition and lifestyle strategies that make a real difference

  • Highlights of what you’re already doing well (because you definitely are!)

  • Clear suggestions for what to tweak or add to support your health

  • A 3-day meal plan with easy recipes and a shopping list

  • Supplement ideas to consider (if it makes sense for you)

  • Tips on what kind of additional support might help you stay on track

We’ll also chat about testing options—like stool, hormone, adrenal, or food sensitivity testing—that could give you more insight into what’s going on. Plus, you’ll get a list of helpful questions and labs to bring up with your doctor.

Testing is an important way to restore balance without guessing. If you’ve already had recent, relevant testing done or it is not appropriate for your situation, we can leave those out. And if we decide gut health, hormone or adrenal testing would be helpful, we can add that in and adjust the cost accordingly.
