Join us for an open house celebration on the lake — explore our serene wellness space, sip nourishing herbal mocktails, and reconnect with nature, community, and yourself.
Learning, nourishment, and community—one season at a time.
Some of the most meaningful conversations about women’s health don't happen in a health office. They happen around a kitchen table, on a woodland trail, over a shared meal, or with a cup of tea in hand.
Gatherings are an extension of my nutrition practice—designed to help women learn, connect, and care for themselves in ways that feel both practical and restorative. Through hands-on workshops, seasonal experiences, and thoughtful conversations, you'll gain evidence-informed guidance while building community with women navigating many of the same questions and transitions.
Whether we're cooking together, exploring the trails, discussing the latest menopause research, or simply sharing stories around the table, my hope is that you'll leave with new knowledge, fresh perspective, and the confidence to continue caring for yourself long after the gathering ends.

Why We Gather
Healthy aging isn't built through information alone.
It's built through nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, movement, time in nature, and a community that reminds us we're not navigating this season of life alone.
Gatherings are an invitation to slow down, ask questions, learn something new, and rediscover the possibility that comes from caring for yourself—and one another.
