In this Gather + Glow lunchtime session, we’ll explore how tea, herbal infusions, and nourishing broths can support digestion, gut health, hormones, metabolism and nervous system regulation in simple, everyday ways.
We will focus on warming liquids that help your body feel safe, steady, and supported during winter such as Chamomile Tulsi Nettle-Infused Green Tea + Cinnamon Ginger Turmeric teas along with a Mineral-Rich Miso Broth and Soup.
