Watercress Salad with Apple + Avocado

Ingredients
3 cups watercress, washed and dried
1/2 apple, peeled
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 avocado, sliced thinly
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Add watercress to your favorite salad bowl.
Grate apple finely into a small jar or bowl. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
Top watercress with avocado and drizzle on dressing. Toss gently.
