Dairy-Free Ranch Dip
/Get your dippers ready for this dreamy dunking dressing. Splash in cut-up veggies, spoon it on your favorite sammy or drizzle it over basically any sheet pan or roasted concoction. Easy, yummy and dairy free!
Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy cream cheese (try Kite Hill or Tofutti)
Juice from one lemon
1/2 cup minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (or similiar)
Added sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions
Mince parsley and garlic.
Blend cream cheese + lemon in a small bowl.
Add parsley, garlic and EBTB seasoning.
Serve!
Keeps about one week in the fridge tightly sealed.
