Roasted Cauliflower with Almond Sauce
/Truly comfort in a bowl, this easy weeknight side dish is rich in magnesium and Vitamin C which are essential for a healthy stress response.

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup smooth almond butter
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tbsp green onions, minced
Instructions
Preheat oven time 425 degrees. Place cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil and sea salt.
Roast for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Toss warm cauliflower together with sauce and sprinkle with green onions and serve.
