A Women’s One-Day Retreat for Renewal + Resilience

Fall is a time that can pull women in a thousand directions—toward pressure and performance and overwhelm. Many women are feeling out of touch with their roots, feeling drained and disconnected and hungry for deeper connection. This retreat is designed to guide you back—to nature, to community, and to your own grounded strength.

Through a day of movement, nourishment, and ritual, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, rewild your senses in nature, and restore balance to your body and spirit.

A Day of Renewal in Nature

This one-day lakeside mini- retreat invites you to return to yourself. Nestled in peaceful beauty only 15 minutes from Morristown, Rewilding & Resilience is a soul-nourishing day of care designed to help women reconnect with nature, each other, and their inner wisdom.

Through guided movement, mindful rituals, nourishing food, and meaningful connection, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and reawakened.

What to Expect:

Morning Welcome + Grounding Ritual

  • Ease into the day with a calming meditation to set your intentions.

Therapeutic Nature Hike

  • Explore nearby nature trails along with a Licensed Hiking and Camping Guide with moments of journaling, mindfulness, and connection woven into the journey.

Farm-to-Table Nourishing Snacks and Luncheon:

  • Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, seasonal lunch focused on mood support and nervous system nourishment—complete with a mini-talk on Nutrition for Resilience. Throughout the day, mini snack breaks and teas will be served to remind you to fuel your adaptability.

Restorative Yoga + Singing Bowls

  • Relax deeply during a restorative yoga session, featuring gentle movement and a sound healing experience to reset your nervous system.

Lakeside Closing Ritual by the Water

  • Gather in gratitude, share reflections, and release intentions with a water meditation and stone offering by the lake. Each guest leaves with a Restorative Goody Bag to continue the journey at home.

Event Leaders

  • Amy Rind is the founder of Woman Minded Wellness and a board-certified restorative nutrition counselor empowering women of all ages to reclaim their gut health and hormonal freedom. Amy leads and curates group wellness experiences for women seeking to gather, glow and grow through nature, movement and nourishment.

  • Audrey Costa (deeprootedwellnessandcreatives.com) is a Certified Coach, Nature Therapy Practitioner, Wellness Advocate and the founder of Deep Rooted Wellness. Audrey has over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and nature-based practices, she is passionate about helping women of all ages and abilities discover their unique path to balance, vitality, and self-acceptance. As a certified coach and a seasoned facilitator with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health, she brings a compassionate, holistic approach to wellness.

  • Dr. Kenael Segal (drkenaelsegal.com) is a Jamaican born yoga and meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, physical therapist, and mind-body expert. As the owner of Lotus Physical Therapy and Wellness, a pelvic floor clinic and wellness studio located in Northern NJ, Kenael empowers women with knowledge and skills to not just recover from physical limitations and dysfunction, but to heal and thrive in their bodies.

About the Venue

Located only 15 minutes from Morristown, this private retreat-like space sits lakeside adjacent to an 800-acre nature preserve. This restored 1890 boat barn features a huge eat-in kitchen and cooking space, small group meeting area, large yoga and movement studio and outdoor space with patio and meditative dock.
