Isn’t it time for you to start feeling better in your body?
Next program starts September 21 with early enrollment until September 7.
More info below.
Your body is changing. The way you care for it can change, too.
Perimenopause, menopause and the years that follow bring real physiological changes — to muscle and bone, metabolism, blood sugar, digestion, sleep, body composition and more.
And suddenly, some of the things that worked for you for years may not work quite the same way.
At the same time, there’s more health advice coming at women than ever before. Eat more protein. Fast. Don’t fast. Take supplements. Lift heavier. Track your glucose. Fix your gut. Consider hormone therapy. Consider a GLP-1.
It can be hard to know what actually matters — and what matters for you.
That’s why I created RESTORE Circle.
Start with the foundations.
RESTORE is a six-week, small-group program for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause and healthy aging.
Together, we’ll take a step-by-step approach to the nutrition and self-care foundations that become increasingly important as we get older — and help you personalize them for your body, your health and your life.
These foundations matter whether you use menopause hormone therapy (MHT/HRT) or not, take a GLP-1 medication or not, have been focused on your health for years or are just beginning to think differently about how you want to care for yourself.
You don’t need to change everything at once.
You need to understand what matters, where you are now and what makes sense to work on next.
How RESTORE can help
Over our six weeks together, you’ll begin to:
understand how your nutritional needs change through menopause and as you get older
build meals that support steadier blood sugar, energy and appetite
get enough protein and other key nutrients to support muscle, bone and healthy aging
better understand your digestion and what may be contributing when things don’t feel right
support sleep, stress resilience and recovery
make sense of conflicting nutrition and wellness advice
identify the habits and strategies that make the most sense for your body and your life
build a foundation you can continue using long after the program ends
This isn’t a diet, a reset or a six-week transformation.
It’s a place to build the fundamentals that support how you want to feel now — and your health for the years ahead.
Step by step. Personalized for you.
Each week builds on the one before it.
I’ll teach you the science and help you translate it into everyday life. You’ll choose what you want to work on, try practical strategies between sessions, notice how your body responds and adjust as you go.
There is no expectation that everyone in the Circle will eat the same foods, follow the same schedule or make the same changes.
Instead, you’ll learn how to ask better questions:
What does my body need?
What might be getting in the way?
What is worth changing?
What can I realistically do right now?
That’s where lasting change begins.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
Connection is an important part of RESTORE.
We intentionally keep the Circle small so there’s time to ask questions, talk through challenges and learn from one another.
There’s something powerful about sitting with other women who are navigating many of the same changes — and discovering that there isn’t one “right” way to do this.
You’ll have information, guidance and accountability, but also room to figure out what works for you.
What we’ll explore
Week 1 | UNDERSTAND what your body needs now
We’ll start with what actually changes during perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause — and why those changes can affect the way you think about nutrition and self-care.
We’ll establish your starting point, identify what matters most to you and begin building your personal foundation.
Key areas: changing nutritional needs, healthy aging, personal priorities
Week 2 | BALANCE blood sugar + energy
Learn how the composition and timing of your meals can influence blood sugar, energy, hunger and cravings — and how to build satisfying meals without counting, tracking or following rigid food rules.
Key areas: blood sugar, meal composition, fiber, healthy fats, eating patterns
Week 3 | STRENGTHEN muscle + bone
Muscle and bone become increasingly important as we get older. We’ll look at protein needs, strength, bone-supportive nutrients and how to put them into practice without making food another full-time job.
Key areas: protein, muscle, strength, bone health
Week 4 | SUPPORT digestion + gut health
Digestion can change with age and menopause, but “eat more fiber” isn't always the whole answer.
We’ll look at the foundations of digestion and gut health, including food, fiber, hydration, motility, meal patterns, stress and the gut-brain connection.
Key areas: digestion, gut health, regularity, microbiome support
Week 5 | RESTORE sleep + recovery
Sleep and recovery influence much more than how rested you feel. We’ll explore the connections among sleep, circadian rhythms, nutrition, appetite, energy and metabolic health — and identify practical ways to support better recovery.
Key areas: sleep, circadian rhythm, recovery, energy
Week 6 | BUILD for the years ahead
We’ll bring everything together and look at stress, resilience, connection and the everyday practices that support healthy aging.
Most importantly, you’ll identify the foundations you want to continue working on and create a realistic plan for what comes next.
Key areas: stress, resilience, connection, healthy aging, your personal plan
