Women's Wellness Walk
Join us each month to move, connect, and savor the shifting colors of the season on a 1.5-hour guided group fitness walk designed for women of all ages. We’ll explore 2–3 miles of easy to moderate trails through the beautiful Schiff Nature Preserve, tuning into the landscape and our bodies as we go.
Each walk ends with grounding herbal tea and a nourishing light bite, shared in community.
Meet at the Boat Barn for parking and starting point.
Weighted vests and rucks are welcome for those looking to add resistance and deepen their connection to strength.
