Gut Glow Juice
/For occasional bloat, constipation and stomach discomfort, this juice may be just what you need!
Ingredients
One cucumber, peeled and chopped
Two celery stalks, chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
1 tablespoon aloe vera juice (I like Lily of the Desert brand)
Optional add-ins: ice, fresh mint leaves, sea salt, frozen pineapple or banana
Instructions
Blend in a high-powered blender and enjoy.
