Ingredients

  • One cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • Two celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice (I like Lily of the Desert brand)

  • Optional add-ins: ice, fresh mint leaves, sea salt, frozen pineapple or banana

Instructions

Blend in a high-powered blender and enjoy.
