Chocolate Avocado Mousse
/Decadent and dreamy… yet dairy-free and full of my favorite hormone-balancing superfoods.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 avocado
1/3 cup tahini
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut milk (boxed or canned)
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (or your favorite berries)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions
Blend avocado, tahini, syrup, cacao powder and coconut milk in a food processor. Alternately, mix really well in large bowl.
Spoon into two serving cups. Top with pomegranate seeds and cacao nibs and enjoy!
Storage: Cover tightly if not enjoying right away. Keeps 1-2 days in the fridge.
