I have partnered with my friend Julia Erickson, the amazing chef, local mom, herbalist, gardener and holistic lifestyle creator to include delivery of beautiful detoxifying, nutrient-dense foods from The Jolie Life!

Or Option Two: You can reclaim your own kitchen from the chaos of summer with a DIY nutrition plan option which includes an easy but yummy, plant-based meal plan, recipes and shopping list. We will help you kick the C.R.A.P. (chemical, refined, artificial, processed) out of your pantry and get you and your kitchen ready for a season of hormone-supportive meal prep.

5-Day Time-to-Thrive Hormone Rescue: Beautiful Food + Self-Care to Renew + Restore

Program Dates: September 27-October 1, 2021

Fees: $375 including beautiful food delivery and program ($105 for DIY participants - great for non-local peeps). A 10% discount will be refunded for additional participants from the same household.

Beautiful food delivery option from The Jolie Life includes one beautiful plant-based superfood smoothie for breakfast, one plant-based lunch and one plant-based dinner and one healing broth or elixir per day for five days. All foods are organic, dairy free, gluten free and contain no refined sugar or GMOs. Most ingredients are locally-sourced from independent farmers and co-ops.

Simply put... Julia’s foods and broths are AH-mazing. Such care and creativity are taken to design meals that are so fresh, delicious and inventive. You can literally taste the love she puts into every bite.

Materials will be distributed on Friday 9/24 to give you plenty of time to get ready for your reset. Group introductory Zoom meeting will be held Sunday 9/26 at 7:30 PM. Home food deliveries will be made on Sunday 9/26 and Wednesday 9/29.
