Step Two: Consider additional nutrition and coaching support

Available as 4 or 8-session packages, these sessions can support you on your journey to optimal health. You can choose from weekly or bi-weekly 45-minute counseling sessions. Additional support includes accountability, updated action plan and resources after each session and anytime support via my portal.
