COVID-19 FAQ from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine: Includes information specific to questions about elderberry, vitamin D, and mushrooms. While supplements like zinc, vitamin C, probiotics, fish oil, vitamin D3 and usual multivitamins appear to be theoretically safe…there is currently no evidence of safety or efficacy in the prevention and treatment of COVID19 with supplements.
